tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-71856273372885403202012-01-15T14:00:01.756-08:00Chiara Fedele IllustratorChiara Fedelehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16571200791043831699noreply@blogger.comBlogger361100tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7185627337288540320.post-38011814480593291672012-01-12T03:07:00.000-08:002012-01-12T03:07:25.462-08:00riflessioni...Per una volta un post di questo blog viene scritto e non ci sono immagini,<br />Vorrei fare qualche riflessione sul lavoro dell' illustratore e qualche auspicio per l'anno e il futuro che ci attende, mi piacerebbe poi riceve dei commenti da parte vostra al riguardo.<br /><br />Proprio questa mattina sono andata sul sito della città del sole per il concorso l'illustratore dell'anno e scopro che è riservato ai giovani talenti nati dopo il '75.<br />Niente di che ma questa cosa mi ha fatto scaturire molte altre domande oltre a quelle che mi pongo di solito.<br /><br />Quindi secondo questa datazione io sarei già troppo vecchia per partecipare al conconrso e nello stesso tempo troppo giovane per avere ormai una determinata sicurezza e background lavorativo. <br />Questo è un discorso personale che richiederebbe un romanzo intero dato che ognuno di noi soprattutto le donne sanno cosa vuol dire fare un lavoro free lance e cercare di avere nel frattempo una vita e una famiglia, ci sono pause obbligate che questo ambiente non ti permette di avere pena fare passi indietro nella propria affermazione nel settore.<br /><br />Premesso che in Italia questo lavoro non viene neanche preso in considerazione come "lavoro" spesso o quasi sempre l'illustratore si ritrova davanti persone totalmente ignoranti su quello che è la professione di illustratore ( più di un editore si è sorpreso che le mie tavole fossero fatte a mano e non capiva assolutamente la differenza).<br />Persone con capacità uniche e di grande talento sono costrette a lavorare per editori stranieri fino ad arrivare ad altissimi livelli, solo allora il mercato Italiano si accorge di loro e vengono accolti come se fossero stati scoperti ieri (ovviamente da loro), allora lì, puoi ottenere un rapporto paritario con l'editore, nel senso che non ti considera una scocciatura e magari ti paga pure.<br />Perchè la cultura serpeggiante nei concorsi e nei premi è la scoperta del giovane genio spuntato dal nulla, (anche questa cosa merita una riflessione) salvo poi mortificare la varietà delle immagini e degli stili innondando il mercato di copie e cloni di illustratori "famosi" all' estero?<br />Io sono per la capacità, l'esperienza, la manualità, la sperimentazione e la ecletticità di un artista, ma soprattutto io sono per rimanere nel tema: per chi sono i libri? Chi guarderà queste immagini? Si capiscono?
